I have just finished my 2nd year college course but my intention is to train full time in pursuit of my boxing career.
Boxing
I always wanted to box and when I was 14, I went to my local boxing club, Westree ABC and thankfully they let me join.
I started with Westree in November 2006, had my first bout in March 2007 and in November 2007 I changed boxing clubs to join Repton in London's Bethnal Green. Its much further to go but they're recognised as one of the UK's top Amatuer Boxing Clubs
My main senior coach at Repton is Gary McCarthy although I have to give a huge amount of credit to Bobby Beck and his son Robert for the coaching they gave for the 2 years I was in Repton juniors
England Novices Champion 2008
England Junior ABA Finalist 2009
London Junior ABA Champion 2009
London junior ABA Champion 2010
Gold Medalist in the Haringey Box Cup 2010 at Alexander Palace in London. This is an international tournament that had over 200 boxers competing.
Voted Best Youth Boxer at the Haringey Box Cup 2010
I want to train full time so I can qualify for the 2012 Olympics and the 2016 Olympics. From there I intend to become a succesful and respected professional boxer.
Winning my first bout, winning my first National Title and being voted Best Youth Boxer at the 2010 Haringey Box Cup.

More Info

I train at Repton 3 evenings a week, the Peacock 3 times a week, I do 5 running sessions each week, (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday mornings), as well as ground work in the afternoons and do practice sessions with my Dad where I work on strength, power, speed and skills to compliment the work I have been doing with my trainers.
It would enable me to fully concentrate on being able to train full time as I need to. It would help me get the correct training and competion kits I need as well as helping to provide me with the diet and access to sports science training. In essence it will give me peace of mind so I can fully focus on becoming the best boxer I can be
I am a very dedicated and determined boxer. I have a great attitude to my training, I don't drink, smoke or take drugs. My College have offered to give me a reference if ever I need one and they have spoken very highly of me. I have many friends of all ages, with over 1000 friends on facebook, I have a steady girlfriend. I also have a great left hook :-)
Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pacquiao, Sugar Ray Leonard, Mike Tyson in the early days, Marvin Hagler plus some others.
If you are going to do it, give it your best, all the time.
The training, the bouts, the winning, the sport. Knowing you have trained hard and have prepared yourself as best you can for a bout.
No, which is making it very difficult.
