I first got involved with rowing via school and have progressed from there to now competing for Maidstone Invicta Rowing Club at a national level.

My greatest achievements to date are competing at all three of the national competitions in Nottingham.
My hopes are to continue to enjoy sport and win medal/medals at the national competitions this year and in the future. My dream and aim is to compete for my country. On a personal level I would like to finish my education and move into a career in law.
My proudest moment so far was winning at Thames Valley Park Regatta. However I am also very proud to represent my club and county.
I train at the rowing club twice a week, one session on Wednesday and a double session on Saturday. I then train at the gym two times a week.
The sponsorship money would mean that I’m able to buy additional equipment. At the moment all present time funding is from my parents, so the money would assist with current financial restrictions. It would also be very motivating for me that someone else is willing to support me outside my own family.
To a potential sponsor I would say that I am very focused and committed in all I do. I am proud of my achievements and would be encouraged and grateful that someone else is prepared to invest and assist me. Having a sponsor would mean that I have not only myself to achieve for.
Anyone who achieves and commits to any sport.
To other athletes I would say never give up and don’t get disheartened if you have a bad day. You need to respect fellow competitors and always aim high and achieve your goals.
The thing that I enjoy most about sport is being part of a team. I feel that sport should be participated in by all. You meet new people and create new friendships an important thing for everyone. I also enjoy sport because it keeps you fit and healthy.
