From a young age i have always taken an interest in sport and up untill i started rowing I didnt take any of it particularly seriously. Rowing has giving me the confidence to strive for things i would not usually think i could acheive.

The first time I won a gold national medal when i was 15
The sponsorship money would go towards buying my own equipment which would give me the edge i need to make the next tier in rowing. For me this is to make 23 world champs.
That I am a keen athlete and give everything to the sport this is achieved through my training and recovery

Sticking with sport can give so much, a competitive edge, friends and most of all self respect
