| Winning English Schools Championships in 2008 in Discus. Representing the South of England in a regional competition for both shot and discus. Winning the UK Champs (AAA’s) in discus. Winning medals at the indoor UK Champs in the Shot. Being ranked 2nd in Discus and 4th in Shot Putt in the UK in 2008. Always ranking within the top 5 in the UK for discus and top 10 in the UK for shot in every age group i have competed in from U15 upwards. Also, i have won numerous medals at county and regional level. | |
| In the future I would like to consistently be amongst the top throwers within the UK and represent Great Britain at the highest level possible. | |
| Winning the Discus at the English Schools in 2008 was my proudest moment and winning the discus at the AAA’s (UK Champs) because it was unexpected. |

| I train 4-5 times a week during the summer and 5-6 times a week in winter | |
| Being a thrower, it's difficult to get funding from UK Athletics, so being sponsored would help me out with travelling costs, kit and any equipment that I need to be able to train and compete at a good standard. | |
| I work and train hard to be the best that I can be and enjoy doing what I do. With the use of the sponsorship money it may help me to succeed more within my athletics career. | |
