To be the best I can be, a by-product of this I believe will be competitions such as London 2012 and Glasgow 2014.

6 days a week and 1 day a week set aside for physio and exercises that help prevent injury.
Sponsorship is a vital tool in being able to be the best that you can be and would open up great resources that otherwise would not be available. For example, it could mean more treatments, in 07-08 I was injured for 163 days, in 08-09 I have been injured for 10 days and the only thing that has changed has been a larger volume of treatments, therefore sponsorship would help continue this.
Sponsorship would also be helpful in investing in equipment that will help me keep going for longer during sessions and speed up recovery after sessions.
However the biggest door that sponsorship would open up for me would be warm weather training. My favourite destination is Cyprus and is key to training as in the cold winter months in England, training has to be limited due to the weather, whereas in warmer climates, training can be at 100% for longer periods of the year, therefore allowing me to train at a greater volume and quality.
Some individuals dream of great accomplishments, while others stay awake and do them, I'm the latter
I have none, I admire anyone that gives 100% to their passion or sport
Some of the world's greatest feats were accomplished by people not smart enough to know they were impossible
No matter how many problems life throws at you, when you've finished a hard session, all problems momentarily disappear.
The social side is invaluable as well, I have friends up and down the country, and although you may only see them say 3 times a year, when you do meet up at competition it feels as if you see them every week.

As well as, 'can this athelte really star in 2012,' (which I believe I can) a business will also want to know, what can the athlete contribute to the company?
Well the most obvious benefit I could give to a company would be my profession. As a Sports and Remedal Massage Therapist, I would be able to carry out complimentary treatments to staff either on a lunchtime or after work, to help relieve that back pain they have while sitting down to much or just to make staff feel better in general.
Also as a gym instructor and through my knowledge of exercise, I can help staff in there bid to get fit for that beach holiday they have coming up this summer!
Finally being an athlete has the same characteristics of running a successful business, which I believe could be shared via talks or presentations, that will help staff think about tackling a problem or situation from a different perspective. Experiances of mine that I could talk about would be how I came back from numerous injurys to win numerous national medals in 2007, how I kept my nerve infront of 17,000 people in 2005 or my months training in Los Angeles in 2008.
