I am currently the captain of Reading University Boat Club, and I am studying Business Management and Administration
Rowing
I started rowing in Maidstone, and due to the high level of junior skill at the rowing club i was able to improve quickly and have success in many events. I decided to go to a university that was strong at rowing so I could progress my rowing greatly during my time studying

i am currently training to prepare for the U23 GB trials system
3 years
Will Rand, Clive Cooper and Sam Townsend
Placed 3rd in the GB Nationals in jnr pairs 2008, placed 2nd in a coxed four at the GB nationals in 2009. Although my most proud moment was making the England rowing team in 2009.
I also made it to the quarter finals of Henley Royal Regatta, this involved beating an international crew from Green Lake in the USA. I also won senior quads at Kingston Regatta for my first university race, which was a great start
Firstly I wish to win at Henley Royal Regatta whilst still at university, and to row in the U23 squad and participate in World Championships. I will then see where it goes from there.
Being selected for the England rowing team, and becoming captain of Reading University boat club.

An enormous amount! I could possibly afford my own boat which will enable me to increase the amount that i train a large amount, and it will help me to be successful in the GB trailing proccess. Furthermoer i was able to own my own boat i could participate in a much greater amount of rowing events, which will provide me with great help and it wll be good advertising for the sponsors.
I would promote them as best I could, I would display their branded gear at all major events and attempt to be the best possible ambassador for them.
